Keeping watch over more than 200 live casino tables every second of the day represents a serious operational challenge for any supplier, young or established.
Imagine Live has turned to artificial intelligence to meet that challenge, deploying it across every studio in its network to manage and track operations in real time.
Chief product officer Mikayel Aznauryan says the scale of that AI-driven visibility has become a meaningful competitive advantage as the company works to close the gap on the sector’s biggest players.
The supplier has backed that ambition with heavy investment in its own technology stack over the past two years, building systems it controls entirely in-house rather than relying on third-party solutions.
Aznauryan frames that approach in deliberately broad terms, saying: “We have approached technology as a complete ecosystem. We are building technology that allows us to keep expanding while maintaining the standards operators already expect from us.”
Among the most visible products of that investment is Gold Blackjack, a title that deploys robotic arm technology to deliver dynamic camera angles that remain uncommon across the live casino industry.
Robotic arms are still a rarity in live casino production, making Gold Blackjack one of the more technically distinctive products in Imagine Live’s current portfolio.
Blackjack has emerged as a standout performer for the supplier overall, and the Gold variant appears central to how the company is demonstrating its technological credentials to prospective operator partners.
Aznauryan is direct about the motivation behind the hardware investment, noting: “What excites me most is that we are continuously pushing the boundaries of what this technology can do.”
The supplier’s next significant public moment will come at the SiGMA World Summit in Rome, an event Aznauryan has described as particularly significant for Imagine Live.
Operators attending the summit can expect a closer look at what the company has built and where it intends to take its platform next.
For a supplier still considered relatively young within the live casino space, the combination of AI-driven operations and proprietary hardware puts its pitch to operators on increasingly firm technical ground.
