GAMOMAT Unleashes Horror with Dead Legion Slot Release

GAMOMAT, one of Germany’s leading independent slot game developers, has unveiled its latest release, Dead Legion — a chilling, horror-themed title designed to raise the stakes for players.

Set against a mist-shrouded, war-torn battlefield, Dead Legion immerses players in a macabre world where fallen legions rise again. A dark, live orchestral soundtrack heightens the atmosphere across the 5×3 reels, while the Wild symbol is represented by a skeletal Roman legionary with glowing blue eyes, substituting for all symbols except Scatters.

Free Games are triggered when three Scatters appear, depicted as an undead Roman centurion on horseback. During Free Games, any undead Roman legionnaire landing on the reels becomes sticky, their haunting red eyes confirming the transformation, before adding to the final winning tally at the end of the round.

Dead Legion is being released via GAMOMAT’s Remote Gaming Server, G?RGS, and the Bragg HUB. It joins an established horror-themed portfolio that includes Xploding Pumpkins, Book of Madness, and the bold sequel Book of Madness 2.

A preview of the game is available here: Watch the trailer.

Iris Wallner, Lead Game Composer at GAMOMAT Distribution GmbH, commented:

“Dead Legion will always be one of those projects I’ll never forget. Standing in front of a 64-piece live orchestra and hearing that first dark swell of sound was pure magic. Every musician brought their own energy, creating something powerful and raw that no sample can match. Bringing this vision to life isn’t just about adding music – it’s raising the bar for how immersive our games can be. It’s a statement that kicks off our horror-themed line-up in unforgettable style.”
