The findings reveal that 90% of surveyed operators consider these attributes critical. Notably, the importance of a broad game portfolio surged, with 89% of respondents emphasizing it, compared to 73% in 2023.
SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator received an impressive overall satisfaction score of 8.1/10, with customer support rated even higher at 8.4/10. Over half of the respondents expressed willingness to recommend the platform.
Casino Platforms: Flexibility and Customization Are Key
When selecting casino platform software, operators prioritize:

Each of these characteristics is vital for over 80% of respondents, reflecting a strong demand for adaptability and tailored solutions across the industry.
