Grupo Aposta Ganha, Brazil’s fastest-growing sports betting and online gaming platform, officially launched in the country’s newly regulated market on January 1, 2025.

With registration number 0022 in the Betting Management System (Sigap), Aposta Ganha is among the first platforms licensed by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA), under the Ministry of Finance. This milestone follows six years of successful operations in Brazil, positioning the company to excel in a regulated environment while meeting SPA’s strict guidelines.

Aposta Ganha has long demonstrated a commitment to Responsible Gaming, embedding these principles into its operations even before SPA’s stringent measures were implemented. This proactive approach underscores the company’s reputation as a trusted operator in the Brazilian market.

The commencement of regulated operations on January 1, 2025, marks a significant step for Aposta Ganha as it continues to lead Brazil’s dynamic betting and gaming industry.

Rene Santos, Co-CEO of Grupo Aposta Ganha, expressed his enthusiasm:

“We’re fiercely proud of our Brazilian heritage and are happy to announce our successful completion of the federal operating license application laid out by the Ministry of Finance. Strict criteria laid out in the application will bring stronger consumer protection and market integrity. Our hard work has seen us join an exclusive tier of companies authorised to offer an entertaining and 100% secure gaming experience throughout the country.”
