Stockholm-based leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, Symplify, has announced a new partnership with iGaming solutions provider, Playbook.MT.

Playbook.MT specializes in delivering comprehensive CRM services across multiple platforms, offering end-to-end solutions that include consultation, strategy, execution, and analysis. By integrating Symplify’s proprietary CRM, data hub, and diverse communication channels, Playbook.MT is set to enhance customer engagement, supporting startups and rapidly growing companies with both single and multi-service needs.

Through this partnership, Playbook.MT will utilize Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules, alongside full site conversion testing, to help partners create tailored, AI-optimized player experiences. This collaboration aims to improve marketing strategies, directly enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing player lifetime value.

Earlier this year, Symplify expanded its engagement tool suite by launching an Instant Messaging service. This new channel, which debuted with Telegram, will soon incorporate multiple messaging platforms under one umbrella.

Symplify’s Head of Sales, Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, commented:

“Partnering with Playbook.MT will heighten iGaming experiences for their clients. By integrating Symplify’s CRM and AI solutions, we’re empowering Playbook.MT to deliver more personalised, data-driven engagement strategies that drive player loyalty and boost revenue.”

    Playbook.MT Co-founder Michelle Boström added:

“Our collaboration with Symplify reinforces our dedication to providing high-quality solutions for our carefully selected clients. This collaboration will further solidify our proven ability to drive rapid growth for our clients.”
