Symplify, the leading CRM and AI cloud solutions provider based in Stockholm, is thrilled to announce the addition of Instant Messaging to its comprehensive 360° communication platform.

Symplify is committed to seamless communication through its powerful omnichannel capabilities. Its existing tools, including SMS, App Push, Email, and Print, have consistently delivered long-term success for partners. The new Instant Messaging feature is a user-friendly addition, accessible via a single login on the same platform.

This new Instant Messaging channel is designed to eventually support multiple messaging services. Telegram is the first service available, with WhatsApp and Messenger integrations coming soon. Instant Messaging will be integrated across all sending modules and accessible from the familiar editor, ensuring easy incorporation into existing communication strategies.

Symplify’s Head of Sales Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said:

“At the core of Symplify’s CRM ecosystem is a focus on omnichannel communications that create a 360° engagement strategy. Rolling out Instant Messaging will enable clients to introduce another layer of fluid customer communication to support business growth.”
