Xprizo, a cutting-edge iGaming fintech platform, has unveiled Justin Farrin-Thorne as its new Head of Operations. A stellar career spanning more than 17 years in the hospitality industry has seen him hold influential roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in London, Scotland and Malta.

Xprizo Head of Operations Justin Farrin-Thorne commented:

“Xprizo is embracing a new approach to navigating the challenging landscape where traditional banking options don’t exist. Working with Xprizo means we can truly make a difference for the millions of people either under-banked or un-banked around the world.”

Justin’s professional path has taken him to Betfair and GeoGaming where he acquired his gaming knowledge, while his influential positions at Ferratum Bank (now known as Multitude) and Transact Payments Ltd underpinned his strength in the financial and payments sectors.

As Head of Ops, Justin will oversee several of the company’s teams, focusing on delivering Xprizo’s functional responsibilities. Another core element will be implementing robust controls and managing  all aspects of operational functions.

Justin is steadfast in his commitment to building a culture of high performance, learning, and development within Xprizo.

“We are thrilled to welcome Justin Farrin-Thorne to the Xprizo family. His unique blend of experiences positions him as an invaluable asset to Xprizo’s leadership team. A proven track record of leading and innovating make him the perfect fit to guide our operational efforts,” said Richard Mifsud, Xprizo Chief Vision Officer.
