Poland’s SOFTSWISS, a pioneer in iGaming and technology, has been recognised with a Great Place To Work® designation. The namesake international research and consultancy institution awards employers globally for their exceptional work environments with this certification. It is given out after a business culture analysis and anonymous employee input.

The accreditation is another proof of SOFTSWISS’s dedication to creating an atmosphere where IT and iGaming experts may flourish and advance their knowledge. Every team member at SOFTSWISS may flourish in an environment that is both internationally competitive and inventive since the working circumstances there are in line with worldwide standards.

A strict system is used to evaluate employee comments before awarding the Great Place To Work® label. Participants in an anonymous poll evaluate a range of corporate culture factors, such as management’s respect and equity, team spirit, workplace safety, ethics, values, and trust and pride in the firm.

Prior to this, SOFTSWISS was named Workplace of the Year at Sigma Europe 2022. Its recent achievement of the Great Place To Work® award in Poland solidifies its position as one of the industry’s top employers.

With operations in Malta, Poland, and Georgia, SOFTSWISS gives its staff members the freedom to develop and provide state-of-the-art IT solutions for a wide range of international customers. Notable growth has resulted from this method. 450 of the company’s nearly 2,000 expertise are now employed in Poland, in its development facilities in Poznan and Warsaw.

The organisation offers a well-established remote work programme that lets staff members work in a contemporary office, from home, or a combination of the two in whichever way best fits their needs.

Regardless of location, the focus on a relaxed and effective work environment guarantees that each new professional entering the team feels appreciated and respected. Talented people may reach their full potential in this atmosphere and have a positive impact on the global online entertainment sector.

Natalia Perkowska, Co-Chief HR Officer at SOFTSWISS, comments:

“People stand at the heart of SOFTSWISS, forming the pivotal asset that aligns with our fundamental core value, ‘WE SEE PEOPLE’. We have always aimed to ensure that each specialist can realise their potential and feel their contribution to the team’s collective mission.  We strive to provide our employees with a high quality of life and are delighted to receive such high praise from our employees. The Great Place To Work® certification is especially valuable to us”.

With this certification and survey ratings, SOFTSWISS can now compete in the “Best Workplaces in Poland 2024” contest, ready to showcase its stature as a nurturing, dynamic workplace in the tech and iGaming industries.
