GR8 Tech has enhanced its technical infrastructure to better serve clients in Asia, introducing automated server setupsdesigned to enable rapid platform deployment and deliver optimised, high-performance experiences for users. With a guaranteed 99.96% uptime, even during major sporting events like the World Cup and IPL, this upgrade reflects GR8 Tech’s commitment to reliability and user satisfaction.

Yevhen Krazhan, CBDO at GR8 Tech, emphasised the significance of this move:

“Our expansion into Asia is not merely a strategic move, but an opportunity to set a new standard in iGaming. The initiative allows us to better meet client needs, providing reliable performance that builds trust and boosts engagement.”

    Addressing Regional Challenges

Previously, product load times in Asia were hampered by reliance on centralised servers located in Frankfurt, resulting in delays that negatively impacted user experience. To address this, GR8 Tech:

    1. Deployed a standalone main frontend solution for its platform.
    2. Established a new data centre in Asia, which has reduced load times and improved service delivery across the region.
    3. These changes have delivered tangible benefits, with web performance metrics improving by 25%.

    Optimisations and Future Plans

GR8 Tech has also partnered with an optimal content delivery management provider, bringing services closer to users and increasing access speeds. Additional front-end optimisations have further improved operational efficiency. Looking ahead, backend infrastructure upgrades are planned to reduce frontend-to-backend calls, further enhancing speed and reliability.

Artur Ashyrov, CTO and Deputy CEO at GR8 Tech, highlighted the collaborative effort behind the project:

“The migration to Asia is a pivotal project for GR8 Tech, with our SRE, Sportsbook, and Platform teams working closely to deploy the solution, achieving significant improvements in web performance and enabling faster market launches. The project embodies the kind of collaboration that excites us — harnessing our combined strengths to build high-performance infrastructure and establish our leadership in key Asian markets.”

A New Standard for iGaming in Asia

By upgrading its infrastructure and tailoring its platform to meet regional needs, GR8 Tech is setting a new benchmark for iGaming in Asia, ensuring faster, more reliable services and positioning itself as a leader in the region’s competitive market.
