SOFTSWISS celebrated a significant victory at the prestigious SBC Awards, winning the Employer of the Year category. The awards ceremony, held in Lisbon, served as the grand finale of the SBC Summit events, recognizing the best in the gaming and betting industry.

The SBC Awards provide premier networking opportunities in a dynamic and memorable setting, honoring excellence across the sector. SOFTSWISS, alongside industry leader Betsson Group, was among the most nominated companies, being shortlisted for eight categories. The Employer of the Year award recognizes companies that offer outstanding working conditions for their employees.

Last year, SOFTSWISS experienced remarkable growth, increasing its workforce by 22% to over 2,000 employees spread across 26 countries, working either from comfortable offices or remotely. The company is known for fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment, maintaining a near-equal male-to-female ratio, and prioritizing employee well-being and professional development.

SOFTSWISS provides a range of development programs, with more than 800 employees participating in various training initiatives and over 700 benefiting from free language courses. Employees also enjoy comprehensive health insurance, flexible working options, and mental health support through the company’s dedicated program.

Employee engagement is at the core of SOFTSWISS’ values, with initiatives ranging from wellness programs to environmental campaigns and charity projects. The company recently organized community-driven activities such as quests, tree planting, and volunteering to aid animals, as well as participating in flood relief efforts in Brazil and Poland.

The company also supports personal and professional growth through initiatives like the Book Club and Sports Community, offering sports compensation and celebrating achievements through events and its internal rewards program, WIN STYLE.

Natalia Perkowska, Deputy Chief HR Officer at SOFTSWISS, expressed her appreciation:

“We are happy to achieve such a valuable recognition. Guided by core values like ‘WE CARE’ and ‘WE SEE PEOPLE,’ SOFTSWISS prioritises employee well-being, professional growth, and satisfaction. Our talented team is one of our most valuable achievements, and we are really proud of it.”

In addition to this accolade, SOFTSWISS earned the Great Place To Work® certification in Poland in January 2024, further solidifying its reputation as a top employer. The company’s 2023 Values Fest, held in Turkey, was also recognized as one of the best corporate events of the year.
