SOFTSWISS has achieved compliance certification for its Game Aggregator in Peru, marking a significant milestone for the company. This achievement establishes SOFTSWISS as one of the first technology providers fully prepared to operate under the country’s newly revised regulatory framework.

Under Peru’s updated Regulatory Framework, which took effect in February 2024, all operators, platforms, game providers, and technical suppliers must secure certification by 1 January 2025 to continue operating legally. SOFTSWISS successfully met these requirements through GLI, an accredited testing laboratory, ensuring its product complies with all technical and legal standards outlined by Peruvian authorities.

The Peruvian gambling market is emerging as one of the fastest-growing in Latin America, with a projected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.97% and an estimated market volume of USD 420.60 million by 2029. Additionally, smartphone penetration is expected to reach 77.78% by the same year, opening substantial opportunities for the iGaming industry.

Max Trafimovich, CCO at SOFTSWISS, commented:

“The newly regulated framework is set to attract international gaming companies and investors, paving the way for further expansion in the iGaming sector. We’re proud to be among the first companies to complete the necessary procedures and be fully prepared for this promising market.”

This certification in Peru follows closely on the heels of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator’s certification in Brazil, highlighting the company’s strategic efforts to strengthen its presence across the Latin American region. Currently, the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator offers the most extensive game portfolio in the market, with over 27,000 titles, 99.999% uptime, and industry-leading services. A recent Kantar survey conducted in November 2024 reflected high client satisfaction, with the product earning an 8.1 out of 10 rating.

With its compliance certification in Peru, SOFTSWISS continues to underscore its commitment to regulatory excellence, innovation, and delivering top-tier solutions in rapidly evolving markets.

SOFTSWISS will be available to explore partnership opportunities at the upcoming ICE Barcelona event, scheduled for 20–22 January 2025, at stand 2G42.
