Aposta Ganha, Brazil’s fastest-growing sports betting and online gaming platform, has officially been granted a sports betting and online games license through the Betting Management System (Sigap), enabling operations within the country’s regulated market.

As one of the first platforms to be regulated, Aposta Ganha holds registration number 0022 in the Betting Management System. With six years of experience in the Brazilian market, the company is ideally positioned to excel in this newly regulated environment, complying fully with the rules established by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) under the Ministry of Finance.

Responsible Gaming has always been central to Aposta Ganha’s operations, even prior to the introduction of stringent measures mandated by the SPA ordinances. The platform’s commitment to player safety and market integrity reflects its dedication to providing a secure and responsible gaming environment.

Aposta Ganha is set to begin its regulated operations on January 1, 2025, pending final SPA analysis for the official license from the Brazilian government.

“We’re incredibly proud to announce our successful completion of our federal operating license application laid out by the Ministry of Finance. The strict security criteria ensure greater consumer protection and market integrity. Our hard work has seen us join an exclusive tier of companies authorized to deliver an entertaining and 100% secure gaming experience across the nation,” said Hugo Baungartner, CCO of Grupo Aposta Ganha.

With its licensing secured, Aposta Ganha is ready to lead the way in Brazil’s regulated betting and gaming market, offering a trusted and engaging platform for players nationwide.
