NEXTPredict, The World’s Prediction Markets Summit, has officially named Radar as its exclusive Geolocation Partner for the 2026 edition of the annual event.
The summit is scheduled to take place on October 22-23, 2026, at Convene 30 Hudson Yards in New York City.
Radar’s partnership brings a sharp focus on fraud prevention and jurisdictional access controls, two critical challenges facing prediction market platforms today.
For prediction market operators, verifying the physical location of users is essential for enforcing geographic restrictions and protecting legitimate participants from bad actors.
Radar combines precise location verification with device and network intelligence to help platforms identify VPNs, proxies, and location spoofing attempts in real time.
The technology can also uncover potentially coordinated activity across accounts, devices, and IP addresses that may signal promotional abuse or broader fraud schemes.
Platforms using Radar’s tools can apply configurable location controls and request precise location verification on demand, reducing friction for genuine users while strengthening security.
As part of the partnership, Radar will host a dedicated session at NEXTPredict examining the evolving role of geolocation infrastructure within the prediction markets industry.
Nick Patrick, co-founder and CEO of Radar, highlighted the growing importance of location technology across the sector, stating: “Between fraud prevention, market integrity, and jurisdictional access controls, precise geolocation is quickly becoming standard infrastructure for prediction markets. We’re proud to partner with NEXT as the exclusive geolocation provider for NEXTPredict 2026 and give prediction market platforms a modern, reliable way to verify location, detect spoofing, and keep bad actors out as they scale.”
Pierre Lindh, co-founder and managing director of NEXTPredict, also underscored the significance of geolocation for the broader industry, noting: “Geolocation is one of the essential pieces of infrastructure this industry cannot scale without. Almost every serious conversation we are having about fraud prevention, market integrity, and jurisdiction-specific access controls…”
The partnership signals wider recognition within the prediction markets sector that robust location verification is no longer optional but a foundational requirement for sustainable growth.
With regulatory scrutiny of prediction markets intensifying globally, tools that enforce geographic restrictions reliably are becoming increasingly attractive to operators looking to scale responsibly.
