Drawing on five consecutive editions of the iGaming Trends Report, the discussion will assess which predictions proved accurate and which fell flat over that period.
Five years ago, wearable betting, NFTs, and the metaverse dominated industry conversation, capturing significant attention from operators and investors alike.
Today, the landscape looks markedly different, with AI, regulation, trust, localisation, and emerging markets now shaping how operators build and execute their strategies.
The panel brings together a high-profile mix of technology providers, operators, and media figures drawn from across the global iGaming ecosystem.
Confirmed speakers include Serhii Avramchuk, Principal Account Industry Manager at Amazon Web Services, and Denis Romanovskiy, Chief AI Officer at SOFTSWISS.
Kate Puteiko, CMO at BGaming, and Aggrey Sayi, CEO of Maybets, will also take part in the wide-ranging discussion on industry direction.
The session will be moderated by Elliott Gotkine, an Emmy Award-winning journalist and former CNN and Bloomberg correspondent with extensive experience covering business and technology.
The fifth edition of the SOFTSWISS iGaming Trends Report will be officially unveiled at SBC Summit on 29 September, with operators and industry professionals able to set a notification to receive an alert when the report becomes available to download.
