Online gambling industry peer group iGaming Leader Mastermind has appointed industry veteran Michael Baker-Mosley as its new Fractional Chief Growth Officer.
The organisation is led by founder Leo Judkins, a former Director of Retention at BetVictor, who will work closely with Baker-Mosley going forward.
Baker-Mosley has been tasked with developing the group’s overall approach to member acquisition, sales, and marketing across the business.
His appointment is a natural progression, having already been a member of the Mastermind community for 18 months before becoming an ambassador in March 2026.
That inside knowledge of the organisation gives Baker-Mosley a distinct advantage as he steps into the senior leadership role.
“One of the things I’ve learned from being part of the Mastermind is that founders and senior leaders don’t have to figure everything out alone,” he remarked.
“There are very few places where you can sit alongside people facing the same pressures and decisions as you, talk openly and get genuinely useful perspectives,” he continued.
Before joining iGaming Leader Mastermind in a permanent capacity, Baker-Mosley built a career spanning multiple senior roles across B2B iGaming brands and marketing functions.
His previous positions include Marketing Consultant and Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Triumph B2B, as well as CMO at iGP.
He also held a series of brand marketing roles at sportsbook solutions firm Kambi, with his tenure there culminating in a year as Head of Brand Marketing.
“I’ve spent much of my career building B2B brands and growth engines, but this is particularly exciting because I’ve experienced the Mastermind myself,” Baker-Mosley added.
“I know the value it can provide,” he said, noting his ambition to work with Judkins and the wider team to reach more of the right people.
He also emphasised the importance of protecting what makes the Mastermind a distinctive proposition within the competitive iGaming industry landscape.
Both Baker-Mosley and Judkins are set to attend SBC Summit Lisbon, with work on key growth projects due to begin immediately before ramping up after the event.
The appointment signals iGaming Leader Mastermind’s clear intention to scale its community and bring its peer-led model to a broader audience of senior industry leaders.
