Tech Race Summit 2026 united iGaming and global technology companies to address scaling, security, and AI challenges shared across high-load industries.
The sold-out debut event, organised by SOFTSWISS, drew around 1,500 technology and iGaming professionals to Warsaw on 10 September 2026.
The summit gathered representatives from more than 25 iGaming companies and featured more than 40 speakers spread across three dedicated stages: Vision, Solution, and Experiment.
Seventeen partners joined the event, creating a central meeting point for operators, technology providers, and experts working across AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and high-load systems.
Experts from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Google, Gcore, Fastly, ScyllaDB, Coralogix, and other major technology companies brought knowledge and experience from well beyond the iGaming sector.
Their sessions covered production AI, infrastructure resilience, security, observability, performance marketing, and real-time systems that are increasingly relevant to online gambling platforms.
Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, delivered a session titled “Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla,” sharing his experience of fostering ownership and accountability within technology teams.
SOFTSWISS also used the summit to showcase how the company integrates AI into its own software development processes through an internal tool called the Orchestrator.
Illia Slepau, Software Architect at SOFTSWISS, presented “From Idea to Verified Change: Rethinking the SDLC with AI,” demonstrating how the Orchestrator coordinates AI agents across development while keeping validation and approval firmly with human teams.
The approach aims to reduce time spent coordinating AI-generated work without sacrificing control over code quality, potentially shortening the route from concept to verified software change.
Networking opportunities away from the three stages allowed operators, engineers, technology leaders, and partners to compare approaches and build cross-sector connections throughout the day.
Sergey Kastsukevich, CTO at SOFTSWISS, commented: “We are grateful to every partner, speaker, and attendee who helped make Tech Race Summit happen. What was especially rewarding was seeing how many conversations continued between the sessions – people were meeting, exchanging experiences, discussing ideas, and finding common ground. This is exactly what we wanted Tech Race to create.”
SOFTSWISS currently powers more than 1,500 brands and employs over 2,200 professionals across multiple international locations, having supported iGaming operators in regulated markets since 2009.
