Primero Games LLC has completed the acquisition of the Gaming Division of Win Systems, including its Gold Club electronic-roulette business, the company announced on September 4, 2026.

The deal significantly expands Primero’s international footprint, adding established slot and electronic-roulette products to its existing portfolio of gaming solutions.

The acquisition also brings manufacturing capabilities and active gaming operations across key markets in Latin America and the Caribbean into the Primero fold.

The acquired operations include an installed base of more than 3,000 gaming positions spread across Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Panama.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed by either party, which is common practice for acquisitions of this type in the gaming sector.

Primero already holds a strong position in U.S. gaming markets, with a portfolio covering game content, online gaming solutions, redemption kiosks, and a mature omnichannel gaming platform.

The addition of Win Systems’ Gaming Division brings established products, manufacturing capabilities, and long-standing customer relationships in international markets that complement Primero’s domestic strengths.

Primero has confirmed it will continue supporting existing customers and products while introducing additional game content, platform technology, and development resources from its own portfolio.

Mike Macke, Chairman of Primero Games, commented on the strategic significance of the deal: “This is an important step forward in executing Primero’s growth strategy to build a diversified, global gaming company.”

Dario Zutel, Executive Chairman of Win Systems, also welcomed the transaction, stating: “This transaction marks an exciting new chapter for our Gaming Division.”

Zutel added: “We are confident that Primero Games is the right partner to build on what we have achieved and drive the business into its next stage of international growth.”

The WSG teams and infrastructure will remain in place to continue serving customers across Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Panama following the transition.
