The SOFTSWISS Tech Race Summit is continuing to grow its speaker programme ahead of its scheduled date on 10 September in Warsaw, Poland.
Two major names from the global technology world have been confirmed, bringing significant expertise in product design, entrepreneurship, and company building to the event.
Javier Verdura, global director of Product Design at Tesla, will join the summit lineup alongside Mikita Mikado, co-founder of document management unicorn PandaDoc.
Verdura is set to present a session titled “Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla,” drawing on his experience at one of the world’s most closely watched technology companies.
His keynote is expected to explore how globally recognised organisations build teams capable of delivering products quickly while maintaining standards of quality and innovation.
For iGaming technology leaders managing fast-scaling engineering teams, the session promises practical and directly applicable guidance drawn from outside the industry.
Mikita Mikado’s keynote, titled “Building the Next Silicon Valley Business,” will focus on his experience scaling PandaDoc from Eastern Europe into an internationally recognised software platform.
Mikado’s story of growing a global business beyond its local market mirrors ambitions shared by many technology-driven iGaming companies competing for talent and market share internationally.
The two new additions join a speaker lineup that already includes representatives from Amazon Web Services, Oracle, and Cloudflare, broadening the summit’s scope considerably.
Earlier confirmed speakers concentrated primarily on cloud infrastructure, while the addition of Verdura and Mikado shifts the agenda toward engineering leadership, product design, and entrepreneurship.
The summit is designed to create a cross-industry forum where technology lessons from sectors outside iGaming can be applied to the specific challenges facing online gaming businesses.
Regulated iGaming markets continue to expand globally, meaning operators and technology providers face many of the same scaling pressures encountered by leading technology firms in other sectors.
By assembling leaders from companies including Tesla and PandaDoc, SOFTSWISS is positioning the Tech Race Summit as a destination event for senior technology decision-makers across the iGaming ecosystem.
