Imagine Live has received regulatory approval to operate in South Africa, opening the door for licensed operators in the country to integrate its live casino content.

The licence permits operators to offer Imagine Live’s full portfolio of live casino games directly to players based in South Africa, representing a significant market entry.

South Africa has a well-established gaming sector with considerable growth potential, making it an attractive destination for regulated live casino providers seeking international expansion.

Imagine Live views the approval as more than simple market access, describing it as a foundation for building trusted, long-term partnerships with locally licensed operators.

The company operates over 200 tables across studio facilities in Armenia, Romania and Spain, covering more than 18,000 square metres of dedicated live casino space.

Imagine Live holds licences with several major regulatory bodies, including the UKGC, MGA, ONJN and HGC, and the South African approval adds to that growing international compliance portfolio.

South African operators will now be able to access Imagine Live’s high-quality live dealer games, dedicated studio solutions and fast, flexible integration options.

The company also applies artificial intelligence across its studio operations to improve consistency, manage risk and raise the standard of every session delivered to players.

Martin Martirosyan, Group CEO of Imagine Live, commented on the expansion, saying: “Entering South Africa is an important step for Imagine Live, but the real opportunity is what comes next.”

Martirosyan added: “We want to understand what local operators need, build strong partnerships and establish a lasting presence in the market.”

The South African licence further strengthens Imagine Live’s international footprint and reflects a broader strategy focused on responsible, compliance-led growth across regulated markets worldwide.

Launched in 2022, Imagine Live has built a reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality live casino content designed to meet the practical needs of operators operating at any scale.
