ICONIC21 Launches HiLo And Hands Andrii Savyntsev’s Team’s Prediction Game Full Control To Players

ICONIC21 has launched HiLo, a new card title built around one of the oldest and most familiar decisions in gambling history.

The iGaming content provider has stripped the concept back to its purest form, asking players a single question at every step of each round.

Higher or lower is the only call required, and crucially, the probability and multiplier for each option are displayed upfront before any choice is made.

A correct prediction multiplies the player’s stake on the first step, with the potential win amount then multiplied across every subsequent decision that follows.

Players are never locked into continuing, and they retain full control over whether to keep building the multiplier, collect their winnings immediately, or skip a card entirely.

Displaying the odds and potential return at every stage gives players the information needed to make genuinely informed decisions rather than blind ones.

That transparency is central to how ICONIC21 has designed the game, with the mechanic ensuring players always understand exactly what they are risking and what they stand to gain.

For operators, HiLo presents a low-friction addition to any lobby, requiring no explanation from staff and fitting naturally alongside heavier, more complex content.

Short, self-contained sessions and constant engagement with the cash-out decision make the format an easy sell to a wide range of player types.

The release continues an expansion of the ICONIC21 portfolio that has moved well beyond the provider’s live casino origins into original, format-led titles.

Andrii Savyntsev, product owner team lead at ICONIC21, explained the thinking behind the design, saying the format’s familiarity was always the foundation of its appeal.

“Higher or lower is a question everybody already knows how to answer, and that instant familiarity is the whole appeal,” Savyntsev said. “Our job was to build around it without cluttering it.”

He added: “Showing the odds and the multiplier before every decision is what makes it work. Players know exactly what they are choosing between, and whether to bank what they have or push on is always theirs to decide. It’s simple to pick up and a massive amount of fun.”
