Oddin.gg Secures Kansas And Wyoming Licenses To Reach Ten North American Jurisdictions

Oddin.gg, the B2B esports betting solutions provider, has secured regulatory approvals in two additional US states, expanding its licensed footprint across North America.

The Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission granted Oddin.gg a temporary supplier license, while the Wyoming Gaming Commission approved an Online Sports Wagering Vendor Permit for the company.

Both approvals allow Oddin.gg to supply its full esports betting product suite to licensed operators already active in each state.

Kansas has operated regulated sports wagering since September 2022, giving sportsbooks a competitive market where differentiation through additional verticals like esports can attract younger audiences.

Wyoming launched its fully online sports betting market in September 2021, requiring no retail presence and forcing operators to compete entirely on the strength of their digital offerings.

In a market structured entirely around digital product quality, the depth of an esports vertical becomes a visible and meaningful part of any operator’s proposition.

Oddin.gg’s end-to-end esports ecosystem includes odds feeds, risk management, trading services, and engagement products now available to operators in both newly licensed states.

Martin Lycka, VP of Institutional Affairs at Oddin.gg, commented on the significance of the approvals and regulatory standards across the two markets.

“State regulators have done serious work building supplier frameworks that hold every product in the sportsbook to the same standard, and esports belongs inside that structure, not adjacent to it,” said Martin Lycka.

“Kansas and Wyoming took different paths to regulated wagering, but the principle behind each of our licenses is the same: esports betting should be supplied with the same regulatory rigor as any other vertical,” Lycka added.

Marek Suchar, co-founder of Oddin.gg, emphasised that licensing is the critical step that allows operators to move from interest to actual product launches with confidence.

“Licensing is what turns esports from an idea operators like into a product they can launch with confidence,” said Marek Suchar, co-founder of Oddin.gg.

“What we bring to these markets is depth: the market coverage, trading expertise, and in-play stability that make esports perform like a core vertical rather than a side offering,” Suchar continued.

Kansas and Wyoming now join New Jersey, Colorado, West Virginia, Ohio, Arizona, Maryland, Ontario, and Alberta in Oddin.gg’s North American licensing portfolio.

The company has confirmed it will continue pursuing licensure across additional regulated North American markets as its expansion strategy progresses.
