NetWin.it, the regulated Italian online casino and sports betting operator, has chosen Fast Track’s CRM, Rewards and Greco suite to drive its player engagement strategy.

The partnership brings all three Fast Track products together in a single deployment, deepening the technology company’s footprint in the competitive Italian market.

NetWin is part of RB Holding, a gaming group with more than 70 years of industry experience, and holds an ADM licence covering online casino and sportsbook products.

The operator’s catalogue spans slots, live casino, sports betting and Italian card games, giving it broad appeal across the regulated Italian player base.

By running CRM, Rewards and Greco from a unified real-time customer model, NetWin’s team can manage player engagement, gamification, loyalty mechanics and bonus strategy from one connected platform.

Fast Track AI, the platform’s natural-language and agentic-workflow layer, allows operators to interact with the system conversationally and delegate end-to-end CRM tasks to AI agents.

Stefano Giancotti, head of Product at NetWin, explained the rationale behind the selection with a clear focus on Italian market fit and long-term growth ambitions.

“Choosing Fast Track gives our team one platform to run engagement, gamification and bonus strategies together, built for the Italian market and the way we want to grow. We are excited about what this lets us build for our players,” Giancotti said.

Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO of Fast Track, highlighted the depth of experience within the NetWin group and outlined expectations for the partnership going forward.

“There is real talent behind NetWin, with decades of gaming experience within the group and clear ambitions for its Italian players. With CRM, Rewards and Greco now running together, we’re looking forward to helping them move into agentic workflows across the full Fast Track suite, and building something built to last in this market,” Lidzén said.

Fast Track is an AI-native technology company headquartered in Malta, with operations in Sweden, Spain and the United Kingdom, and its platform supports more than 200 operators across over 500 brands worldwide.

The deal signals continued confidence in the Italian regulated market as operators seek increasingly sophisticated technology solutions to manage player retention and engagement at scale.
