PopOK Gaming has sponsored the annual TT Cup Challenge Horse Racing Event in Botswana, reinforcing its commitment to supporting local communities across regulated gaming markets.

This year’s edition of the TT Cup Challenge attracted more than 3,500 spectators from neighbouring villages, making it the largest gathering in the event’s history.

Recognised as one of Botswana’s most anticipated community sporting occasions, the TT Cup celebrates the country’s horse racing tradition while uniting families, participants, and local communities.

The event drew support from a number of long-standing partners, including the Botswana Gambling Authority and the Ministry of Sport and Arts, who collaborated alongside PopOK Gaming to deliver the occasion.

Working closely with TT Cup founder Mr. Tymon and fellow sponsors, PopOK Gaming contributed to an experience that continues to grow in both scale and broader community impact.

Beyond the racing itself, the event created valuable opportunities for direct industry engagement between the company and senior regulatory figures in Botswana.

The PopOK Gaming team held meetings during the event with Mr. Kemorwale, CEO of the Botswana Gambling Authority, and the Hon. Minister of Sport and Arts, Jacob Kelebeng.

Those discussions covered the future direction of Botswana’s gaming sector, industry development priorities, and opportunities for sustained collaboration between regulators and operators.

The sponsorship reflects PopOK Gaming’s broader international strategy of building meaningful partnerships in key markets while supporting initiatives that promote responsible industry development.

Following the event, PopOK Gaming expressed its appreciation to the organizers, partners, participants, and thousands of visitors who helped make this year’s TT Cup Challenge a memorable celebration.

The company’s involvement in Botswana signals a clear intent to deepen its presence across African gaming markets through community-focused engagement rather than purely commercial activity.
