Brazilian football icon Ronaldinho has been unveiled as a brand ambassador for casino games developer CreedRoomz, marking a major sports and iGaming crossover.

The partnership coincides with the World Cup, with CreedRoomz using the global tournament’s momentum to push a new series of football-themed casino titles.

CreedRoomz is owned by SoftConstruct, and the company has been building its profile within the live casino space through innovative game concepts and studio productions.

Ronaldinho, a 2002 World Cup winner with Brazil, is one of the most recognisable footballers of his generation, making him a high-profile choice for this kind of campaign.

The new series centres on two headline titles designed to blend the excitement of football culture with traditional and live casino gameplay mechanics.

Kickoff Roulette is a live roulette game that aims to combine traditional casino roulette with what the developer describes as “a stadium-sized event.”

The second title, Marble Cup, takes a different approach, fusing track racing and live betting elements together within a dedicated football-themed studio environment.

Ronaldinho travelled to CreedRoomz’s headquarters in Yerevan, Armenia, to mark the official launch of the games, where he also sat down for an interview with the company.

Speaking at the launch, Ronaldinho kept his words simple but enthusiastic, saying: “It is amazing to be here.”

The collaboration reflects a broader trend in the iGaming industry, where operators and developers are increasingly turning to sports celebrities to reach wider audiences and drive brand recognition.

Football in particular has become a natural fit for casino marketing, with the sport’s global fanbase offering developers like CreedRoomz a massive potential audience during major tournaments.

Launching a branded ambassador campaign during the World Cup is a calculated move, as the tournament consistently delivers record-breaking viewership numbers across the globe.

CreedRoomz appears to be positioning itself as a developer capable of blending entertainment spectacle with quality casino products, using this partnership to reinforce that identity.
