HappyHour.io, an investor in the gaming industry, has announced its investment in Betty.ca, an iCasino live and licensed in Ontario, Canada with plans to expand further into North America. With its expertise in identifying and supporting successful iCasino businesses, HappyHour.io has chosen to invest in Betty.ca due to the company’s unique positioning, proprietary platform and experienced management team. HappyHour believes that Betty is well-placed to challenge the landscape of online casinos made for the sports betting market by creating a ‘safe, social and inclusive’ experience for slot players.

Betty.ca is an online casino in Ontario that offers players a wide range of slot games, focused on female slot enthusiasts as a primary market. With a team of experienced professionals, the company is well-positioned to expand into new markets, including the lucrative North American iCasino market.

“Robin Reed and the Happy Hour team are arguably some of the best iGaming VCs in the world right now. With their expertise, Betty will be propelled towards our mission of becoming a top offering in North America, with entertainment and inclusivity as its cornerstones.”

Commenting on the investment, Robin Reed, Managing Partner of HappyHour, said:

“We are excited to be leading Betty’s seed extension in order to support the company’s growth plans. The management team at Betty.ca is strong, and we believe that they are well-positioned to succeed in the North American market. Combining their operational know-how and proprietary technology with our product expertise, we hope to help Betty.ca expand its reach and bring its unique gaming experience to a wider audience.”

The investment from HappyHour.io, along with other strategic investment partners such as industry veteran Seth Young, industry angel investor Mark Mariani, Endzone Media and Milwaukee Venture Partners will help the company achieve its expansion goals. With its commitment to responsible and inclusive gaming and its innovative approach to the market, Betty.ca is poised to become a leading player in the North American gaming industry.
