iGaming software, solutions, and content provider EveryMatrix has completed the acquisition of Goma Gaming, a company specializing in user experience services for the online gambling industry.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Goma team will operate as a standalone unit, running alongside EveryMatrix’s existing front-end division.

EveryMatrix said the acquisition will strengthen its front-end capabilities across both casino and sports betting sectors.

The focus will be on improving customer experience and offering a broader range of solutions to clients.

Founded 20 years ago, Goma Gaming has provided services to tier-one operators worldwide.

Its clients include Betsson, where Goma supported the company’s launch in the French market.

Goma claims operators partnering with the company see higher retention and longer engagement, with an average 30% margin uplift.

    EveryMatrix to Accelerate Business Growth

Ebbe Groes, EveryMatrix Group CEO and co-founder, said the acquisition supports the group’s ongoing growth plans.

“The addition of Goma and its expertise will further accelerate business growth for EveryMatrix,” Groes said.

He added that EveryMatrix’s front-end development has made significant strides, creating bespoke sites and features for major customers, including Bet-at-home and the Hungarian Lottery.

“The addition of Goma means we will immediately have more front-end firepower to deploy and deliver to both existing and new sports and casino turnkey customers who require differentiation that moves the dial when it comes to higher retention, engagement, margin and revenues,” he said.

Andrew Brown, CEO of Goma, said the acquisition allows the company to collaborate with more operators across EveryMatrix’s network.

“We’ve made great progress developing Goma in the last five years,” he said.

“But joining the EveryMatrix Group now means we have greater resources to rapidly scale our capacity whenever it’s needed and to make an even bigger impact.”

    Strategic Moves in 2024

The Goma acquisition follows several other strategic moves by EveryMatrix in 2024.

These include the purchase of UK-based betting and iGaming platform FSB in July 2024, and Fantasma Games later in the year.

EveryMatrix said the FSB acquisition enhances its OddsMatrix platform with end-to-end turnkey solutions, including player account management software and horse racing products.

Fantasma Games strengthened content offerings, making its titles available to over 250 operators such as Paddy Power, Betsson, LeoVegas, and DraftKings.

    Leadership Changes

In addition, EveryMatrix announced leadership changes in November, naming Jonas Groes co-CEO effective January 1, 2026.

Jonas Groes, brother of Ebbe Groes, has over 11 years of experience with EY, including nine and a half years as a partner in its Nordic Consulting practice.

He has also worked with the European Regions Research and Innovation Network, the South Denmark European Office, and local government in Denmark.

He currently chairs Management Rådgiverne, a Danish management consulting organization.
