Strategic Global Expansion
SOFTSWISS’ global footprint expanded significantly through strategic acquisitions. By taking a majority stake in South Africa’s Turfsport, the company has strengthened its capabilities to deliver premium iGaming solutions in the African market. Similarly, a key investment in Germany’s Ously Games, the driving force behind the fast-growing European social casino SpinArena.net, opens up new opportunities in the social entertainment niche.
In another strategic move, SOFTSWISS welcomed Formula 1 legend Rubens Barrichello as its Non-Executive Director for the LatAm region. Barrichello’s racing expertise and connection to the Brazilian market are poised to offer unique insights and drive further business growth in South America.
