Investors pushed Sportradar stock up 5.67% to $13.60 in pre-market trading after the data and technology firm posted a commanding set of third-quarter figures for 2026.
The strongest driver of that market confidence was the performance of the company’s Betting Technology and Solutions division, which expanded 27% year-on-year to reach €297m in quarterly revenue.
Much of that divisional momentum is tied to Sportradar’s integration of IMG ARENA sports rights, an acquisition the company has been actively monetising throughout this period.
The overall business brought in €363m during Q3 2026, a 24% improvement on the €296m recorded during the same quarter a year earlier.
Profitability also moved in the right direction, with adjusted EBITDA climbing 21% year-on-year from €85m to €102m across the quarter.
Net profit for the period rose 20% to €27m, rounding out a set of results that exceeded growth targets across multiple financial metrics simultaneously.
International markets outside the United States remain the backbone of the business, with Rest of the World revenues rising 17% year-on-year to €265m, accounting for 73% of total company turnover.
Shortly after Q3 closed, Sportradar finalised a separate strategic move, agreeing to divest Atrium Sports in a deal valued at $170m that is expected to complete before the year ends.
That divestment signals a continued effort by the group to sharpen its portfolio around core data, technology, and content capabilities rather than maintaining a broad range of assets.
Chief Executive Officer Carsten Koerl framed the results as evidence of the company’s structural importance to the wider sports industry, stating: “Sportradar delivered another strong quarter of double-digit growth, once again demonstrating the value of our role as a key technology and content partner to the global sports ecosystem.”
The quarterly performance reinforces Sportradar’s position heading into the final stretch of 2026, with both organic growth and portfolio management working in tandem to lift investor sentiment.
