Amusnet has wrapped up a prominent participation at NEXT.io Valletta 2026, held on May 27–28 at the Mediterranean Conference Center in Valletta, Malta.
The conference brought together operators, suppliers, affiliates, and market experts from across the globe to discuss the future of iGaming.
Amusnet delivered strong brand visibility throughout the event while creating meaningful opportunities for engagement, dialogue, and collaboration across the sector.
A central feature of the company’s involvement was expert-led panel contributions from several members of the Amusnet Gaming team.
Hayley Joseph, commercial projects manager, participated in the session “Africa Isn’t One Market,” offering insight into the diversity of African gaming markets.
“One of the biggest misconceptions about Africa is treating it as a single market. Success across the continent requires a deep understanding of each country’s unique regulatory environment, payment ecosystem, users’ preferences, and cultural nuances,” Hayley Joseph explained.
“Africa presents tremendous growth opportunities, but sustainable success starts with listening. Localization is not just about language, it’s about understanding behavior, culture, and the everyday realities,” she added.
Jessica Bucciano, marketing and events team lead, joined the panel “Employer Branding: Where HR & Marketing Meet,” exploring how iGaming companies are redefining their talent and culture strategies.
“The best employer branding strategy isn’t created by marketing or HR alone. It’s built by the people who live the company culture every day,” Jessica Bucciano said.
“From collaborative workshops and cross-team initiatives to thoughtfully designed workspaces, every touchpoint contributes to a culture that employees are proud to be part of,” she continued.
Thaluana Muscat, lead sales manager, also featured in an interview, sharing perspectives on industry trends, market opportunities, and the value of strong partnerships.
The Rooftop Drinks event on Day 1 became one of the conference’s standout networking moments, welcoming partners, clients, and industry professionals in a premium setting overlooking Valletta.
Amusnet’s presence extended beyond panels and activations, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to open exchange of ideas across the gaming ecosystem.
Throughout the event, Amusnet reinforced its standing not only as a leading gaming solutions provider but as an active contributor to broader industry development.
The Malta gathering served as a further step in strengthening existing partnerships, exploring new opportunities, and shaping the next chapter of iGaming.
