SOFTSWISS, a global provider of iGaming software solutions, has reported impressive 2025 results from its Anti-Fraud team, underlining its commitment to supporting operators in creating a safer operating environment.

The Anti-Fraud team has played a crucial role in protecting operations, tackling complex cases with increasing efficiency and ensuring a more secure environment for both operators and players. Between January and August 2025, the team:

    1. Prevented more than €15 million in fraudulent transactions

    2. Closed over 56,000 tasks

    3. Processed 70 player complaints submitted to regulators and forums

While most fraudulent behaviour mirrors trends from previous years, a notable new challenge has emerged: the use of artificial intelligence. According to the SumSub Identity Fraud Report 2024–2025, AI-generated deepfakes are increasingly being used to bypass verification processes. In response, SOFTSWISS is enhancing its internal tools and procedures to combat this evolving threat.

Ilya Nesterov, Anti-Fraud Team Lead at SOFTSWISS, said:

“This year, our team not only safeguarded €15 million for our clients but also handled tens of thousands of cases with precision and responsibility. Fraud tactics are evolving, but so are our secure data protection practices. For operators, this means a safer, more transparent environment to build trust and long-term success.”

Anti-Fraud Support is a key element of SOFTSWISS Managed Services, which also includes First Line Support, VIP Player Support, Player Retention and Reactivation, and Content Management. Together, these services help ensure effective communication between operators and their audiences, optimise casino operations, and provide a seamless player journey.

With its proven expertise in fraud prevention and commitment to responsible gambling, SOFTSWISS continues to place software security and player safety at the centre of its ecosystem, positioning itself as a trusted partner for operators entering regulated markets.

SOFTSWISS will be at stand 4016 G during the Sigma Summit Central Europe 2025, taking place on 4–6 November, where partners can learn more about responsible gambling best practices and the company’s latest innovations.
