Kambi Group has launched a sweeping corporate rebrand that consolidates its sportsbook, AI trading, front-end, and esports operations under one unified identity.
The company unveiled the positioning statement “Powerful Network. Proven Edge.” as the centrepiece of the brand refresh, signalling a clear strategic direction for the business.
Kambi said the overhaul reflects its growing focus on artificial intelligence, network data, and increasingly dynamic betting products built for modern operators.
The rebrand brings previously distinct acquired businesses into the Kambi name, including AI trading platform Tzeract, front-end specialist Shape Games, and esports data company Abios.
CEO Werner Becher confirmed that Kambi acquired Abios in 2021, agreed to buy Shape Games in 2022, and brought Tzeract into the fold in 2023 as its AI-powered trading operation.
Werner Becher said: “Kambi is driving sports betting into a new era. AI is changing what’s possible, player expectations are evolving and operators need partners that can help them adapt and stay ahead.”
He continued: “We’ve spent years building the technology, expertise and capabilities needed for that future. Today, we’re bringing that story together under one Kambi brand.”
Kambi’s network now spans more than 70 partners across over 100 regulated markets, with the company processing approximately €17bn in betting turnover on an annual basis.
One of the most striking data points from the announcement relates to Bet Builder, which represented 22% of all live bets during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, up dramatically from just 3% in 2022.
That growth illustrates how significantly player behaviour and product engagement have shifted over a relatively short period in the sports betting industry.
The rebrand also carries historical weight for a company that has already undergone one major structural transformation since its founding years.
Kambi Sports Solutions was originally formed in 2010 from Unibet’s B2B sportsbook business before becoming an independent listed company in 2014 after Unibet distributed its Kambi holding to shareholders.
That earlier separation was structural in nature, while this latest change is more about consolidating identity and capability rather than ownership or corporate structure.
This time, Kambi retains its corporate name while drawing all acquired products and business units underneath a single, coherent brand umbrella.
The refreshed identity has been designed to reflect both what Kambi represents today and the trajectory the company is pursuing as AI continues to reshape sports betting.
