SOFTSWISS Celebrates 17th Anniversary With Formula 4 Racing Events For Employees And Partners

SOFTSWISS has marked its 17th anniversary by hosting two Formula 4 Racing Experience events at Tor Poznań, one for employees and one for company partners.

Participants at both events had the opportunity to drive a genuine F4 racing car under professional supervision throughout the day.

The programme kicked off with technical driver briefings and track familiarisation sessions before racing instructors guided drivers through multiple laps on the circuit.

Teams also competed in additional challenges alongside the main driving sessions, including a blind driving test, a precision driving exercise, and a reaction test.

These supplementary activities added a collaborative team element to what might otherwise have been a purely individual experience on the track.

SOFTSWISS drew a deliberate parallel between motorsport and its own business values, citing precision, quick decision-making under pressure, and constant performance refinement as qualities shared by both.

Victor Sekushenko, head of Sales at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, commented on the partner event: “Partnerships in this industry are built on trust, and trust grows fastest outside the meeting room.”

Sekushenko added: “Putting our partners behind the wheel of a Formula 4 car gave them something no pitch deck or conference call ever could: a shared adrenaline rush and a story to tell.”

Natalia Perkowska, head of Events and Business Travel at SOFTSWISS, reflected on what the employee event revealed about the company’s internal culture.

She said: “Culture is shaped by the moments teams share, not only by policies. Watching colleagues cheer each other on from the pit lane said more about how we work together than any internal survey could.”

The anniversary celebrations also point toward broader industry engagement, with SOFTSWISS set to host the Tech Race Summit in Warsaw on 10 September 2026.

The summit will bring together technology leaders, operators, and engineers to exchange ideas on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI adoption across the iGaming sector.

Confirmed speakers include Andrey Doronichev, former Google executive and founder of AI company Optic, along with engineering leaders from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Fastly, and Plata.

Tickets for the Tech Race Summit remain available at current pricing until 15 August through the official Tech Race Summit website.

Founded in 2009, SOFTSWISS currently powers more than 1,500 brands and employs over 2,000 professionals across multiple international locations.
