FIRST.bet And Pragmatic Solutions Unite To Deliver Full-Scale Sportsbook Technology For Global Operators

FIRST.bet, a Tier-1 sportsbook technology provider, has announced a significant integration with Pragmatic Solutions’ iGaming Player Account Management platform for regulated operators.

The collaboration makes FIRST.bet available across the Pragmatic Solutions platform ecosystem, giving operators direct access to its full sportsbook engine, trading stack, risk management, and managed services.

Pragmatic Solutions’ PAM platform is built to support end-to-end player journeys, multiple brands, and flexible operations through a stable and scalable central infrastructure layer.

Its open API model allows operators to integrate sportsbook, casino, payments, CRM, compliance, reporting, and third-party services within a single platform environment.

Operators retain full control over their product roadmap, front-end experience, and vendor strategy within that environment, making the setup especially attractive for ambitious, growth-focused businesses.

FIRST.bet is already live within the Pragmatic Solutions ecosystem, positioned as a managed sportsbook solution with advanced in-play betting and player engagement capabilities.

Tom Light, founder and CEO of FIRST.bet, commented on the deal, saying: “This is a major step for FIRST.bet. Operators don’t need another basic sportsbook connection – they need real trading depth, product innovation and managed execution that moves the business.”

Light added: “That’s exactly where we focus: a sportsbook engineered to perform, run by a team that owns the result. Being available through Pragmatic Solutions puts that in front of operators who are serious about competing in sports.”

Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, also welcomed the partnership, stating: “Sportsbook remains a core component of the product offering for many operators, particularly in regulated markets where flexibility, compliance, and speed to market are important.”

Lang continued: “FIRST.bet brings a strong sportsbook product to our platform ecosystem, giving operators access to a modular product with proven in-play and player engagement capabilities.”

Two standout elements within the FIRST.bet stack are SportOS, an open API that lets operators build and customise their own betting products, and GMFY, a full sportsbook gamification engine designed to make engagement and retention native to the betting experience.

Additional features include Bet Builder, Player Props, Cash Out, Early Payout, ACCA Promotions, Fast Markets, and SnapBet, all supported by FIRST.bet’s Managed Services covering trading, risk, and operational expertise.

FIRST.bet currently powers a growing global partner network handling millions of daily transactions across LATAM, Europe, and Africa.

The integration positions both companies competitively, with FIRST.bet having been named Sportsbook Supplier of the Year at the SBC Awards 2025 and EGR LATAM Awards 2025 and 2026, and Best Sportsbook Provider at BiS SiGMA South America 2026.

Pragmatic Solutions also holds notable industry recognition, having been awarded Full-Service Platform of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards 2026, underscoring the combined pedigree both partners bring to operators.
