SOFTSWISS, a premier provider of iGaming software with over 15 years of expertise, has clinched victories in two prestigious categories at the European iGaming Awards 2025: Best Advertising and Marketing Campaign and Best Customer Service.

Held in Barcelona, the awards celebrate outstanding companies in the online gaming industry. SOFTSWISS was commended for its innovative spirit across products, customer support, and marketing strategies—establishing its strong reputation in the European iGaming market.

The award-winning ‘Grab Success’ campaign, introduced in Malta in October 2023, gained renewed attention following its earlier triumph at the EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards 2024. Aiming to boost brand recognition, the campaign creatively employed the Maltese crab as a symbol of determination. Key visuals featuring SOFTSWISS C-level executives enhanced audience trust, while AR technology brought the concept to life, captivating professionals globally.

Valentina Bagniya, Chief Marketing Officer at SOFTSWISS, shared her excitement:

“We are proud to see our marketing efforts honoured by the industry. The ‘Grab Success’ campaign showed outstanding results not only through a strong visual impact but also in terms of figures demonstrating high engagement with our target audience both online and offline. Our goal is to craft campaigns that speak to our audience’s aspirations and reflect the SOFTSWISS creative spirit and innovative technologies.”

The Best Customer Service award recognises SOFTSWISS Managed Services, which delivers a comprehensive suite of tailored solutions to enhance player experiences. These services include First Line Support, Anti-Fraud Support, VIP Player Support, Player Retention and Reactivation, and Content Management—providing operators with tools to ensure a safe and engaging gaming environment.

Artyom Rudakov, Head of SOFTSWISS Managed Services, expressed his gratitude:

“This recognition is incredibly meaningful for our team. It celebrates the dedication, knowledge, and passion we bring to each project. We believe in building genuine connections with our partners and players, and this award inspires us to keep improving our approach and ensures we keep delivering top-tier support to our clients.”

SOFTSWISS’s success at the European iGaming Awards 2025 adds to its growing list of accolades, including recent recognition for Affilka by SOFTSWISS at the IGA 2025.
