bet365 has struck a new partnership with French horse racing specialist ZEturf to bring pari-mutuel betting markets to users across France.
The collaboration will see bet365 offer a full range of horse racing betting options specifically tailored to its latest French expansion campaign, building on the operator’s growing international footprint.
bet365 customers in France will be able to access the new horse racing markets through both the desktop website and the mobile app, ensuring broad platform coverage from launch.
ZEturf brings considerable industry experience to the deal, with the company boasting over two decades of specialised knowledge in the French horse racing betting market.
“We are proud to leverage over 25 years of horse racing betting expertise to offer an experience that combines the excellence of French pari-mutuel betting with the standards of innovation, performance, and quality for which bet365 is renowned internationally.”
bet365 officially entered the French market earlier in May after securing an ANJ licence, bringing flagship product features to French bettors for the first time.
Among the features introduced at launch were Bet Builder, Cash Out, Bet Tracker and Sub On Play On, all timed strategically ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The French launch forms part of a broader international push for bet365, which also recently celebrated a new market entry in Washington DC.
That international momentum comes against a difficult backdrop at home, with bet365 announcing internal restructuring that will result in around 340 job cuts across its offices in Stoke-on-Trent, Gibraltar, and Malta.
The redundancies marked the fifth instance of layoffs across UK gambling conglomerates in 2026, with many in the industry pointing to rising tax burdens introduced through last November’s Autumn Budget as a contributing factor.
“We’re currently facing a highly competitive trading environment, plus increased regulatory and tax-related costs,” a bet365 spokesperson said when addressing the job losses.
The combination of domestic pressure and accelerating international expansion suggests bet365 is actively pivoting its strategic focus toward growth markets outside the United Kingdom.
The ZEturf partnership reinforces that direction, giving the operator a credible and experienced local partner to help it compete seriously in the French horse racing betting space.
