PaymentIQ Launches Cashier Plus To Give Payments Teams Full Control Over Conversion

PaymentIQ, the payment orchestration platform built for iGaming, has unveiled Cashier Plus, a product designed to hand payments teams direct ownership of the cashier experience.

The new tool addresses one of the most persistent pain points in the player journey, where acquisition costs are highest and small changes can have an outsized impact on conversion rates.

Despite the cashier’s critical role, most payments teams have historically had little direct influence over it, relying on engineering resources to implement even minor adjustments.

Something as routine as reordering payment methods or tweaking an amount selector has typically required a development ticket and a wait in the queue before any change goes live.

By the time those changes finally ship, the players who might have converted have already abandoned the process and moved on.

Cashier Plus is built around three core components: Builder, Preview, and Data, each designed to remove a specific bottleneck that payments teams face every day.

Builder functions as the control centre for payment processing, allowing teams to adjust amount or bonus selection order, switch between grid and list layouts, and configure sliders or checkboxes with a single click.

Preview lets teams see exactly what they have built through the eyes of a real player, simulating personas ranging from VIPs to first-time depositors before anything is pushed live.

The Data component provides full visibility into where players drop off, which payment methods underperform, and what measurable impact each cashier change actually delivers.

Before a single line of development began, PaymentIQ’s product team consulted more than 15 leading payments teams to identify precisely where cashier decisions tend to stall in real-world operations.

“By the time a player reaches the cashier, you’ve already won them,” said Neil D’Souza, CEO of PaymentIQ. “What happens next either keeps that win or throws it away. Cashier Plus puts the tools, and the proof, directly in the hands of the people who can act on it instantly without developer intervention.”

Kaivalya Paluskar, VP of Product at PaymentIQ, explained the process that shaped the final product and the thinking behind its focus on genuine operational control.

“We spent weeks inside the daily reality of payments teams, watching how they actually run a cashier,” said Paluskar. “Cashier Plus is what came out of those conversations: control they can act on, and data that finally makes payments a strategic lever, not a black box.”

The product is positioned as a zero-engineering-ticket solution, meaning teams can catch a conversion leak, address it, and measure the outcome entirely within a single platform.

For iGaming operators looking to reduce friction and improve cashier performance, PaymentIQ is currently offering demos of Cashier Plus through its dedicated product page.
