Rokker Completes Full Acquisition Of Pretty Technical As Emma Blaylock Takes Over From Andy Rogers

Rokker has completed its full acquisition of B2B tech supplier Pretty Technical, bringing the company entirely under its ownership after a process that began in 2025.

The strategic consultancy first took a majority stake in Pretty Technical during summer 2025, but has now acquired the remaining shareholding to establish complete ownership of the business.

Both companies share a common origin, as Pretty Technical was also founded by Rokker CEO Andy Rogers, meaning the full integration represents a significant consolidation of his broader business interests.

Following the completed acquisition, Andy Rogers will step back from his operational role as CEO of Rokker, though he will remain closely involved with the business as founder and chairman.

Pretty Technical CEO Emma Blaylock will now take the helm of the combined Rokker entity, bringing leadership experience from both sides of the newly unified organisation.

Blaylock has served as CEO of Pretty Technical since March 2022, and before taking that position she was herself a senior consultant at Rokker, giving her a deep understanding of both businesses.

Pretty Technical’s product portfolio, engineering team and Innovation Labs staff will be fully integrated into Rokker, working alongside consultancy staff and those in the RokkerX managed services and operations division.

Pretty Technical co-founder Andre Marenke joins the Rokker board as group chief information officer, while Trevor Milsom continues in his existing role as group chief financial officer.

The combined organisation will target global markets spanning casino, sports betting, lotteries, sweepstakes and emerging sectors such as prediction markets, broadening Rokker’s reach considerably.

Rokker stated it now has a “larger and more capable” team working with iGaming operators across strategy, technology, engineering, operations and innovation as a result of the deal.

Rogers spoke with clear ambition about what the completed acquisition means for Rokker’s partners and its future direction in the iGaming sector.

He said: “We now have the technology, the engineering talent and the operational scale to go further for our partners, at pace, without asking them to manage the complexity of stitching it together themselves.”
