Bally’s Corporation has reported a significant revenue jump for Q2 2026, with figures rising 20.5% year-on-year from $657.53m to $792.23m.
The strong quarterly results arrive at a pivotal moment, coinciding with Bally’s Intralot confirming it will proceed with a transformative takeover of evoke, the group behind William Hill.
William Hill remains evoke’s primary asset heading into the deal, making it one of the most consequential acquisitions in UK gambling in recent memory.
Total Adjusted EBITDAR for the quarter came in at $187.52m, up from $173.15m recorded during the same period in 2025.
The EBITDAR improvement was driven by a strong performance from Bally’s Intralot’s B2B division, which helped offset a notable decline on the B2C side of the business.
Bally’s attributed the B2C pressure directly to the UK remote gaming duty increase, which rose sharply from 21% to 40% effective April 1, 2026.
Chief Executive Robeson Reeves addressed the tax impact directly, stating: “Our Bally’s Intralot B2C segment achieved solid performance in the second quarter of 2026, which was the first quarter to reflect the UK gaming tax increase from 21% to 40% (effective April 1, 2026).”
Debt levels at both Bally’s Intralot and evoke have drawn considerable attention throughout the deal process, with both companies carrying substantial financial obligations.
Reeves has previously moved to reassure stakeholders on the debt question, stating: “The debt burden, the way we’ve constructed it, I believe, is a very smart way,” and pointing to a “very clear pathway” following completion.
Bally’s land-based casino division continued to be the group’s biggest revenue generator, bringing in $401m during the quarter, up from $393.3m the prior year.
The corporation’s most ambitious physical project remains the $4bn Bally’s Bronx integrated casino development, which is targeting a 2030 opening date.
The Bronx project is set to span three million square feet and will include a 500-room hotel, a 2,000-person event centre, and an 18-hole golf course when complete.
With strong financials now on record and the evoke deal moving forward, Bally’s Intralot is positioning itself as a dominant force across both US and European gambling markets.
