SBC Summit 2026 is giving delegates far greater control over their event experience through a newly structured networking programme powered by SBC Connect.
The programme is designed to help attendees pre-arrange meetings, receive curated introductions, and join market-specific conversations before they even set foot in Lisbon.
SBC Summit will take place at Feira Internacional de Lisboa and the MEO Arena from September 29 to October 1, 2026.
The event is expected to bring together more than 40,000 professionals from across the global betting and gaming industry.
Given the sheer scale of the summit, organisers have introduced five structured daytime networking formats to help delegates make the most of their time on the ground.
Those five formats are SBC Connect Meets, Speed Networking, Regulatory Gaming Meetups, Show Floor Tours, and Smart Connect.
A programme of evening events will complement the daytime formats, allowing conversations to continue in a more relaxed environment outside conference hours.
At the heart of the networking offering is SBC Connect Meets, which enables attendees to begin building their schedule well before arriving in Lisbon.
Through the SBC Connect app, Networking, Business, and VIP Pass holders can browse the attendee list, message fellow delegates, and arrange one-to-one meetings in the SBC Connect Lounge.
The structure means delegates can arrive with a fully-formed meeting list rather than relying on chance encounters throughout the event.
For those without the time to build a network from scratch, four themed Speed Networking sessions cover first-time attendees, AI implementation, payments, and a dedicated session for future industry leaders.
Attendees wanting to explore sportsbook innovation beyond the main conference agenda can also take advantage of the newly introduced guided Show Floor Tours.
Dedicated Sportsbook and AI in Gaming tours will give delegates direct access to the suppliers and technologies currently shaping the future of betting.
The expanded networking programme reflects a broader ambition from SBC to make the summit more structured, purposeful, and accessible for professionals at every stage of their career.
