The SOFTSWISS Tech Race Summit has expanded its speaker programme ahead of its 10 September event in Warsaw, Poland.

Two prominent technology leaders have been confirmed, bringing expertise from globally recognised companies outside the iGaming sector.

Javier Verdura, global director of Product Design at Tesla, will deliver a session titled Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla.

His presentation will explore how Tesla builds teams capable of delivering products at speed while maintaining quality and innovation across a global operation.

Also joining the line-up is Mikita Mikado, co-founder of PandaDoc, a unicorn document management platform with international reach and recognition.

Mikado’s keynote, Building the Next Silicon Valley Business, will cover lessons from scaling a software company from Eastern Europe into an internationally recognised business.

The two new additions join previously announced speakers from Amazon Web Services, Oracle, and Cloudflare, broadening the summit’s agenda significantly.

Topics across the full programme include cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering leadership, observability, product development, and company building.

Sergey Kastukevich, chief technology officer at SOFTSWISS, commented: “The technology challenges facing iGaming today extend well beyond infrastructure. Building successful technology companies also depends on leadership, product thinking, and the ability to scale teams as the business grows. By bringing together speakers from Tesla, PandaDoc, AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, and other global technology companies, we are creating conversations that rarely happen within a single event. Our goal is to give attendees practical insights they can apply to their own organisations, regardless of the industry they work in.”

Tech Race Summit is described as the first event of its kind to bring together practitioners from iGaming, fintech, and other high-load industries on a single stage.

Online gaming businesses scaling across regulated markets face similar challenges to large technology companies, including building high-performing teams and competing for top talent.

SOFTSWISS currently powers more than 1,500 brands and is backed by over 2,000 professionals across multiple international locations since its founding in 2009.

Early-bird tickets for the summit are available via the Tech Race website, with the discounted pricing running until 10 August.
