ThrillTech, a provider of side-bet jackpot technology, has appointed Amy Santos as its new chief operating officer effective 3 August 2026.
Santos brings with her an extensive background across some of the most recognised names in the gambling industry, including Rank Group, William Hill, and Pragmatic Solutions.
Most recently, Santos served as director of client relations and programme at Pragmatic Solutions, a position she held for over four-and-a-half years before stepping down.
Before joining Pragmatic Solutions, she spent almost two years as strategic programme manager at William Hill, building a strong foundation in operational delivery.
Her earlier career included two years as project manager at Rank Group and five-and-a-half years in the same role at Ladbrokes Coral Group, giving her a broad base of industry experience.
In her new role, Santos will oversee ThrillTech’s operational strategy as the company pursues its wider expansion ambitions across regulated markets worldwide.
ThrillTech co-founder Benjamin Bradtke expressed strong confidence in the appointment, stating: “Amy’s proven track record in programme management and client relations at some of the industry’s biggest brands makes her the perfect fit to lead our operational strategy.”
Santos herself spoke positively about joining the business, saying: “ThrillTech has quickly established itself as a true innovator in the side-bet jackpot space. I look forward to working with the team to optimise our operations, support our growing partner base, and drive the next phase of our global expansion.”
The appointment follows ThrillTech’s hire of Giles Potter as chief marketing officer in April, with Potter joining from Bragg Gaming Group where he also served as CMO.
Potter’s earlier career included stints as group marketing director at NetEnt, marketing director at Red Tiger, time with former social casino operator Plumbee, and a marketing consultancy role at Evolution.
ThrillTech launched its first product, ThrillPots, in mid-2023, offering it as either a SaaS or self-hosted solution with client-side privacy features ensuring data never leaves the operator’s data centre.
Since launch, the company has secured licences in the UK and Greece and has established partnerships with notable industry brands including Pragmatic Solutions, Paf, and Boyle Casino.
Bradtke, who previously worked for iGaming seed accelerator HappyHour.io, has led the business since its inception and continues to drive its growth trajectory.
