Gambling.com Group Limited has officially changed its corporate name to Grandstand Limited, marking a significant shift in the company’s identity and strategic direction.

The company’s ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the new ticker symbol “GRSD” from the market open on July 23, 2026.

A new corporate website has also gone live at grandstand.com, reflecting the updated branding across the business.

Since its IPO in July 2021, the company has materially diversified its operations well beyond its origins in performance marketing.

The rebrand to Grandstand is designed to better reflect where the business sits today, at the heart of the sports and gaming ecosystem.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Kevin McCrystle explained the thinking behind the new name in a direct statement about the company’s ambitions.

“Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment,” said Kevin McCrystle.

“The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.”

The rebrand creates a clear distinction between Grandstand as a corporate entity and Gambling.com, which will continue operating as a consumer-facing comparison and reviews website.

Grandstand’s consumer brands include OddsJam, RotoWire, Gambling.com, Casinos.com, and WhichBingo, reaching millions of users globally across sports betting and casino verticals.

The company’s partner solutions are organised across four core areas: sports data, advertising, audience monetisation, and entertainment and tickets.

Sports data operations are delivered through OpticOdds and RotoWire, providing real-time odds, line movement, injury updates, and sports content to sportsbooks, trading desks, and fantasy platforms.

The advertising arm connects casino and sportsbook operators with relevant audiences through adtech and commercial solutions hosted on the company’s trusted consumer brands.

Audience monetisation is handled through Grandstand Partners, a platform giving media companies, apps, communities, and influencers the infrastructure to monetise their audiences at scale.

The entertainment and ticketing vertical operates through Spotlight.Vegas, covering experiences at Las Vegas venues, casinos, and hotels.

Existing shareholders are not required to take any action, with the company’s ordinary shares remaining listed on Nasdaq and the CUSIP number unchanged.

Founded in 2006, Grandstand describes itself as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming, and entertainment globally.
