An improved version of its Tournaments, the Tournament Service, has been released by the highly regarded online casino software, SOFTSWISS Casino Platform. This upgrade strengthens the prior edition’s dependability and versatility, hence enhancing its significance in player involvement.

Involving participants in the gambling process is the Tournament Service’s main objective. According to internal research, tournaments have a significant effect on important metrics such as the Deposit Count, which has increased by 10–20%, and the Deposit Sum, which has increased by double.

The Tournament Service’s real-time leaderboard is a crucial component that lets operators monitor and adjust player participation in real-time.

Network Tournaments are a new feature that the Tournament Service is planning to provide. Operators will be able to conduct competitions across many projects with ease thanks to the new capabilities, which will also improve analytics and optimise costs for participating companies. All in all, the Tournament Service has a variety of technological improvements that allow it to be very flexible to the demands of individual operators.

Ivan Barshchou, Head of SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, comments:

“I am delighted to announce that our core product continues to improve and develop. The evolution of features into full-fledged services shows the team’s strong commitment to creating valuable and practical solutions.

The Tournament Service is set to extend operators opportunities in player engagement, one of the toughest challenges for the industry nowadays. We monitor iGaming trends and offer our partners the most effective solutions for their business growth.”

Last year, the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform obtained GLI-19 certification, simplifying new market entry for operators interested in using the SOFTSWISS Turnkey Solution.

The SOFTSWISS team eagerly anticipates discussing the current market landscape and sharing insights at ICE London 2024 at Stand N8-231.
